We Know You Might Be Wondering
First time trying yoga or Pilates? Totally normal to have questions. Here are the ones we hear most.
Do I need any experience to join?
Not at all. Our classes welcome complete beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way, at your own pace.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just yourself and comfortable workout attire. We provide mats and all necessary equipment. You may want to bring a small towel and a water bottle.
How long is each class?
Most classes run between 60 to 75 minutes. You can check the full schedule and class durations on our class timetable.
How often should I practice to see results?
Even practicing 2 to 3 times a week can make a noticeable difference in how your body feels and moves. Consistency matters more than intensity and we’re here to make showing up easy.
Is yoga or Pilates suitable for people with injuries or physical limitations?
Yes. Our instructors are experienced in working with students of varying physical conditions. We encourage you to inform your instructor before class so they can offer appropriate modifications to keep your practice safe and effective.
