Newly opened in the Balestier area, Sky Yoga International provides an intimate venue for anyone looking to restart your wellness journey.

I am extremely fortunate to be restarting my yoga practice under the guidance of JD. An amazing individual who always fills the room with a sense of calm. With every session, I am inspired to go deeper - whether it is in my asanas, or my breath work. The quietness of JD’s voice and the gentle ways in which he expertly guides us, are truly key in my practice.

Sky Yoga
The facility is clean, smells good, and the equipment is well-maintained and in good condition. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive, making the place really comfortable for yoga.

I was assisted by Liza, and she was very friendly, helpful, and had such a positive vibe.

I recently signed up as a member at Sky Yoga @ Balestier for Reformer Pilates after attending a trial lesson, and I’m really glad I decided to give it a try.

The studio is bright, clean, cool and welcoming which makes it a pleasant environment for working out. I have attended four lessons so far, and I must say that I have been impressed with all the trainers I have had. They are professional, patient and attentive and their instructions are clear and easy to follow.

As I am still relatively new to Reformer Pilates, I do struggle with some of the exercises and movements. What I particularly appreciate is that the trainers take the time to observe and correct my form while offering encouragement when I find certain exercises challenging. Their patience and guidance make me feel comfortable rather than intimidated and I am slowly gaining more confidence with each lesson.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Sky Yoga @ Balestier so far. The combination of a pleasant studio, professional and encouraging trainers as well as attentive guidance makes the lessons enjoyable and motivating.
