- Tower Stretch & Mobility
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
The Tower is a vertical frame at the end of the Reformer, fitted with springs, a push-through bar and a roll-down bar, drawn from the Cadillac. Here it is used to lengthen the body and free the joints, with the springs supporting each stretch.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS
- Beginner Level
You will practise Roll Downs with the bar to articulate the spine, push-through stretches for the back and shoulders, spring-assisted leg stretches for the hamstrings and hips, and side-body lengthening. The pace is calm — you will leave feeling taller and more open.
