The practice is suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners, as well as seniors, pregnant people, and anyone with limited mobility or recovering from injury. It can be tailored by adjusting the depth of movement, using the back of the chair for support, or performing poses near the chair for stability. A typical session includes a mindful inhale and exhale, neck and shoulder releases, seated cat‑cow, gentle twists, and seated forward folds. There are options to stretch the hips and ankles, ankle circles or leg extensions, and a short seated meditation or breath focus to finish. Regular practice can reduce stiffness, improve circulation and posture, ease stress, and enhance daily function.
