A Journey of Balance with Ganesh Sharma, Master in Yoga and Consciousness

Ganesh’s yoga journey began in a traditional Gurukula, where daily practice nurtured his deep respect for yoga as a path of transformation. With a Master’s in Yoga and Consciousness, with multiple certifications in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yoga Therapy, his teaching blends asana, pranayama, and meditation into a dynamic yet introspective experience.

Known for his warm presence and mindful approach, Ganesh guides students to move with awareness, build resilience, and channel energy consciously through body and mind. Off the mat, he enjoys reading, meditation, and games, living the balanced lifestyle he teaches.
