Mahendra is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher (Level 1) based in Singapore. With over 12 years of teaching experience, he is known for his invigorating sequences and insightful, meditative approach. His teaching is shaped by his experience, ongoing study of Iyengar Yoga, and readings on Yoga and consciousness.
