Had a great Salt Heat Hatha class!

First lesson here today, comfortable environment and felt really good after the class. Lesson was also well conducted and not too stressful.

A good studio , easily accessible, and a great learning experience with Master Ganesh .

I chanced upon Sky Yoga and the team has kindly signed me and my partner up for 2 trial sessions. Ganesh the instructor has been awesome! He corrected my poses ( and this is what’s missing in other commercial yoga brands) and helped me explore where my limits are with different exploratory stages and steps.
Hemant has also been very accommodating and advised on different package options that will work best with our work schedules.

Classes are small and intimate so it feels like a community experience which is exactly what we are looking for.

The studio provides salt therapy with different yoga sessions which is unique in Singapore. Additionally, I can attend yoga, Pilates, barre all in the same studio. I am also excited with the wheel and chair yoga sessions that Sky Yoga holds; not many Yoga Centres offer that. ( and they have more specialty classes than what I’ve just mentioned)

Overall, a very positive experience and we look forward to our yoga journey with Sky Yoga.

Sky Yoga is amazing. The class was excellent. Our teacher Ganesh Sir’s voice was gentle and the instructions were absolutely clear. After the class also I was feeling great. It’s one of the best yoga classes I have attended till now.
