With time, patience, and care, you’ll develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This isn’t about rushing or pushing through. Meet Your Instructor
Journey to Asana to Ānanda with Mahendra, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher
Meet Mahendra, a passionate Yoga teacher based in Singapore with over 12 years of experience. His path began in India, where he studied deeply at Kaivalyadhama and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Education. Following his studies, he became a Certified Level 1 Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
Mahendra teaching blends dynamic sequences with meditative approach, drawing from his continuous studies and love for exploring deeper dimensions of yoga and consciousness. For Mahendra, the physical practice of yoga is about strengthening and aligning the inner self, with health benefits naturally following as a result. His main focus is on shifting the inner mind, creating space for mental clarity and calm.
