- Beast (Quadruped Position): A neutral, table-top posture with knees hovering slightly off the ground. Good for core activation, shoulder strength, stability.
- Crab: Sit with hands behind you, knees bent, chest lifted, and hips slightly raised. Helps with Strengthens glutes, triceps, and improves shoulder mobility.
- Loaded Beast: You sit with your hips back toward your heels while staying in Beast. A great resting posture that stretches the back and activates the lower body.
- Ape: A deep squat with hands on the floor in front of you. This movement will opens your hips, then improves lower body flexibility.
- Scorpion Reach: From Beast position, rotate your hips and extend one leg up across your body. Build spinal mobility, hip opening, and overall body balance.
- Underswitch: This is a transition from Beast to Crab by switching your limbs underneath your body. Helps with coordination, rotational strength, & stability.
- Side Kick Through: From Beast position, rotate your body and kick one leg out to the side. Helps with core strength, obliques, shoulder stability.

While on movement you should also focus on breathing to help in smooth transition. Maintain base grounded positions with fingers spreaded wide (this is for protect your wrist).
